Postage and Packaging
All of our deliveries our done generally in a 24 to 72 hour period as long as items are in stock.We use JMC Van Trans for all of our Pallet orders and GLS for our parcel service. Please call us on 01-899 1679 when placing your order for a quote on delivery charge if not already stated on our website. Single pallets are usually 55eu and larger double pallets due to size/weight are 120eu. Parcel charges usually range from 11eu to22eu depending on the size and weight of the product. All products online can also be collected instore at no cost and if you are within the greater Dublin area we can offer a delivery from as little as 25eu on Pallet items.
If the original delivery date requested by the customer cannot be met and the customer would rather not wait they are entitled to cancel their order and to receive any refund of monies paid.
If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the customer a full refund.
Strength & Fitness Supplies will not be liable for any claim for compensation whatsoever for failing to deliver on a particular date or time.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn’t deliver the goods or because you didn’t contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and return costs incurred by ourselves. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by Strength & Fitness Supplies.
You will also be required to pay a second postage charge in cases where you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address initially, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.
All prices include VAT @ 23%.

Delivery and Installation by the manufacturer
Unless specified on our website as ‘including installation’, all products are supplied including delivery on a ‘delivery only’ basis. On certain (but not all) items, installation may be available for an additional charge but if this is required, please contact us first for a quote.
Delivery is by “one man” service to ground floor unless otherwise advised. “Two man” deliveries can be arranged by prior agreement – please note, an extra charge may be applied – please contact us for more details.
Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale come with 1 years ‘Domestic Use’ manufacturers parts & labour warranty. This is in addition to consumers’ statutory rights.

Inevitably with courier deliveries things may on occasion arrive damaged. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team and they can sort any problems out for you very quickly. You must notify us directly within 48 hours of receipt. Understandably we cannot accept damage claims which are notified after this period of time.
We are very confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but you are welcome to return any item to us within seven days of delivery. The goods must be unused, in fully resaleable condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns at our office address, so if you would like to return something to us please contact us to make arrangements to send it to our warehouse either email us beforehand or call us on 01-899 1679 – once we have received and inspected the goods, your payment will then be refunded within 14 days minus any delivery costs that may have incurred.
